Following the docs, I'm trying to "click project PREFERENCES -> APPLICATION from the project window"
Then my console reports:
method prob in dynamic Menu: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
and noting happens.

We were unable to replicate this bug. Which version are you using? Platform?
Same for me, running on almost bare Win2000, Downloaded Guitar.ver.Wed.Jul.2.08.01.01.EDT.2003.
JRE 1.6.0_14.
I don't have a JDK installed there, do I need one?
JDK did not do it.
