#3 Stop moving in the Ripper test

The JabRef stopped moving suddenly when I used Ripper. The interface was opened, and everything seemed ok. I donot know if it is a bug or my mistake.
I use windows vista, and the setup is as follows:

mainclass=net.sf.jabref.JabRefMain
classpath=JabRef/bin/JabRef-2.5.jar

For the TerpWord, the same problems appeared. The setup for TerpWord:

mainclass=TerpWord
classpath=TerpWord/bin
