OK, the last merged tarball I sent out was pretty unusable, I meant to
fix it up sooner but was out of town this weekend and thus lost most
of my hacking time.  I did manage to put up a better tarball up at my
site, though:

It removes all INUM references in favor of the general scm_num
functions, and cleans up the layout a little bit, creating separate
mixer and ttf modules (not yet detected by autoconf), and also
includes Vikram's joystick and cdrom bindings.  My local CVS has most
of the gfxPrimitives and rotozoom merged, but it's late and I'm
turning in for the night.  We should really get this into the central
sourceforge CVS as soon as possible.
