#126 Include a Multiple Footnote Anchor Check

Please add a check for multiple footnote anchors to the Footnote Fixup tool.

I also suggest a check box to enable or disable the check in the Footnote Fixup tool.

Currently there is no method for checking for multiple footnote anchors similar to the check for multiple footnotes with the same anchor.

Multiple footnote anchors are normal for some projects but not for most. Even where the project has multiple anchors for some footnotes I prefer to control which anchor is picked by the html converter by adding an asterisk to the extras. Otherwise the html converter picks the last anchor instead of the first matching anchor which one would expect.
