#125 HTML Generator Save Settings

Please have the program save the HTML Generator settings from one session to the next.

For example the defaults are Insert Anchors at Pg #'s and Keep Latin-1 Chars.

I like to uncheck Keep Latin-1 Chars and check CSS Blockquote and Convert Fractions.

However, if I close Guiguts and reopen it the HTML Generator reverts to the default settings.

Steps:

Menu=>Fixup=>HTML Generator & Checks...
