#119 Rewrap should also center text within /F...F/ markup

Please fix rewrap so text within /F...F/ markup is centered.

Currently rewrap does not touch text within /F...F/ rewrap markers, e.g. the following:

/F
Text should be centered
More centered text.
F/

ends up unchanged after rewrapping as:

/F
Text should be centered
More centered text.
F/

instead of:

/F

Text should be centered
More centered text.

F/

Steps:

Select a section to rewrap.
Menu->Selection->Rewrap Selection
