#116 Fixup Options To include all rewrap markers

The first Fixup Option is "Skip / /, /$ $/, and /X X/ marked blocks."

Please either add the following rewrap markers to this option or add another option(s) to include them:

/#...#/
/P...P/
/f...f/
/L...L/
