[Guidolib-devel] midi2gmn.dll update

The midi2gmn.dll which handles the import midi and midi to GUIDO 
functions of the GUIDOLib applications has been updated in the dvl and 
main branch of the GUIDOLib CVS repository.
A detailed description  of the implementation and its parameters 
(defined in fermata.ini) can be found in

It should be possible to replace the midi2gmn.dll of an existing 
Noteviewer installation by the new version without re-compiling other 
parts of the system.
