Ok - I've left it this way for now and checked in my changes.  I'll
investigate reorganizing the headers as well as adding the
gGlobalSettings to the PairArMusic.

Also, I came across a typo in one of the header files (can't think of
which one off the top of my head) that included "GuidoExport.h" instead
of "GUIDOExport.h".  I fixed it, but perhaps a standardized approach to
the capitalization (or non-) of GUIDO in file names might not be a bad
idea.
