You're right. Actually here is what Gould says in 'Behind bars' p.78: "An accidental holds good only in the clef in which it is written; A change of clef requires a further accidental for a note of the same pitch." Of course, this is true for accidentals but not for keys. I've corrected the keys issue but it introduced a bad behavior for accidentals.
