I've test Noteviewer 0.9.2.2 under Windows 98 SE and i'have an error in begin of program:
"Le fichier NOTEVIEWER.EXE est li une exportation manquante GDI32.dll:SetDCPenColor"
Could you help me.

  The problem is that this version is linked to a win 2000 specific API. It was plan to be corrected and I thought it was with this release. You can either recompile a version for win 98 or wait a little bit for a new package.
