#3 Startup errors

Found the right place to get the Template-toolkit, but still
can find the (apparently desired by template.pm?) 1.27
version of XML::DOM. If you know where that is, give a
shout. ActiveState is hiding it behind 1.25.

Getting these errors at start up, though eventually GUIDO
will start.
