#17 Install problem: Splash screen and hangs

Hi all,
I have installed guido .51 and run perl setup.pl any get
to the point now (after installing a number of modules
through PPM3 using activestate perl 5.6), where the
guido gargole splash screen comes up, but just sits
there?

Any pointers as to what preventing it from going further.
