We Can proceed installation in Windows XP with some Hard and
Tuff method.

Undefined subroutine &PPM::InstallPackage called at... this
means script is unable to locate the moduel in in Active
Perl Archive

You can install the requested modules through PPM from DOS

C:\ppm
PPM>
PPM> install <Requested module>...

After installation is done the requested modules now start with
C:\Documents and Settings\sjr\My
Documents\__downloads\guido\Guido-0.51>setup.pl or
guido_installer_0_25.pl

installation will get success
