#25 'Guido Restart' failure

I encounter a serious problem... When I use
the 'Restart Guido' option, I get the following error
and the program bombs... 'Can't open perl script
"C:\Program": No such file or directory'. While I am
still unaware of what sequence of events cause this,
I have cause this error 15 times.

I cannot determine the exact cause of this error, but
it is reproducible

Is there a configuration file I can send someone to
help resolve the issue?
