#16 Droplist Mousewheel/Scrollbar thumb enhancement

Feature request: when using mousewheel events to change the selected item in a droplist, when the droplist is open, also provide code to move the scrollbar thumb. This could apply to any situation where the droplist is open and the list is scrolled programmatically instead of dragging the scrollbar thumb.
