gui4bdc, a front-end GUI for Bit Defender Console, has released version 0.0-10. not many vhanges in the release, just mostly a few feature fixes.
in this release:
-enabled stop scan button
-implemented log viewer (becomes sluggish the larger the log is so opening log files may take up to several minutes. optimisations are being looked into.)
-text of output area now scrolls of its own accord
-text in virus list now scrols(is sluggish for now.)
-TODO: implement quantine view
-TODO: still need to implement progress bar in lower panel of main UI... read more

gui4bdc 0.0-8 has been loosed upon the world. Get it while it's hot and fresh. In this release:
Browse button to set the scan path
Advanced bdc options
A reason for that "other front-end" to release an update :)(man he's really pissed)
Go.Now.Get it!

gui4bdc needs a home page, but since I suck at web page design it's up to some talented volunteer. If anyone is interested in taking on the role of page designer for the gui4bdc project page, please leave a post in the Open Discussion thread of the forums. I'll try to check the forums at least once a day and we'll work out the details then.

gui4bdc officially now has a SF project page! Still a few things for me to do yet like get the 0.0-6 release uploaded and put up the help wanted info. But the project is officially open.
