#1 Weakness in tic tac toe algorithm

I noticed that if I start the game and put an O in the center then a X is placed at the right bottom.After, if I put an O above previous X and on the right of the previous O, a X is placed at the left bottom corner ending up forming a Tic tac toe with an O on the left of the centered O.As a result, I can win with 3 moves total.
That, happens every time I follow the same queue of events.
