I guess issue is not resolution but system font size. Go to "Customize your display" and look at slider that changes size of text, apps, and other items etc. (value in percentage). GUI Ping Monitor have fixed size of dialogs and when you increase size on this slider controls doesn't have enough space to display content. I have to improve it, thanks :)

You mean play sound when sending ping? Each ping? Independently of answer? It is not possible.

I have done some improvements on adjusting forms size. All should be displayed correctly independent of screen DPI. Could you confirm that now everything is right?

By notifications (my first question), I mean desktop notification (like Slack notification, mail notification) who warms us when a packet is lost, like "test.com - 1 lost packet"
I see that I can setup a sound notification, but not a visual notification.
