Yes, actually the Windows server is running off a Samba exported home directory so that both servers are working off the identical directory structure. Curious, I tried adding the Gubed ServerScripts directory to the php include path with no effect. I also noticed that the history file is being created in the directory of the scripts being debugged. Part of the issues is that if you run StartSession.php out of the ServerScripts directory, it doesn't understand ~user/directory/script.php.
