[gbd-dev] Multi-user mod now in CVS

The multi-user mod has been checked into CVS. One issue that I now see with 
it is that users will be sharing the same history file. I think this would 
best be addressed by defining the history file in localsettings.php and then 
referencing this value in StartSession.php.
