I find that when debugging my code with Quanta, the PHP include path is either being reset or ignored (I can't quite decide which at the moment).
I use 'set_include_path' to add 'includes/' to the path in a global config file, but often when the debugged script gets to a 'include' or 'require', it tries to get the file without prepending the 'includes/' bit from the include path.
I tried to find a way of WATCHing the include path, but that doesn't seem possible.
Does Gubed reset or change the include path while debugging?

yes, gubed messes with the include path, but it should still work.
please test 0.3.3, http://x.mccabe.nu/public/Gubed/ and see if it works better
