Because major distributions has a policy not to accept bundled libraries, the bundled wxsqlite3 library blocks packaging. See also http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:No_Bundled_Libraries (fedora) and http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-source.html#s-embeddedfiles (debian, also applies to ubuntu).

    Im sorry to tell you that since I got my account removed and banned from
    the fedora forums I dont support fedora and I dont recomend anyone to have
    anything to do with fedora as they dont support thirt party developers.

      Juan,

      the Fedora Project doesn't run any fedora forum. I don't know what has happened (and I'd like to hear the story via private mail, if you don't mind), but it would be sad if you punished all Fedora packagers and users based on the experience you may have made in some fedora forum. Please reconsider that decision. There are many nice people in the Fedora community. I also don't understand what you refer to with "not supporting third party developers". Is that anything that could be talked about?
