clean-up in functions.zsh, removed old command-line functions

the GUI to set the keyboard layout is called "xkmap" not "xkbmap" (that's the command-line util), fixed this

- updated locales for toolkit
- added locales for messaged
- added locales scalpel

added xkbmap to toolkit

fixed typo in netsetup

use plural for rpm as well

added delay in while loop in scalpel GUI to reduce overhead

- replaced foremost with scalpel (in world)
- renamed cancel_msg in messages.zsh to canceled_msg
- scalpel front-end scalpel.gui is working, still needs some error handling, though
- added scalpel to guard-toolkit

renamed scalpel definition files with the pipe symbol, since some filesystems don't support it

- added predefined cancel message and employed it in all relevant scripts
- fixed "cancel doesn't work in dd.gui" bug
