renamed scalpel definition files with the pipe symbol, since some filesystems don't support it

- added predefined cancel message and employed it in all relevant scripts
- fixed "cancel doesn't work in dd.gui" bug

- replaced foremost with its successor scalpel
- added concept for scalpel UI
- added file definitions for scalpel GUI

added htop to toolkit

added cd covers and labels

fixed error in grub.conf

- added pygtk to world, since python is no longer included in the default USE flags and it's needed for xkmap
- added less to world, so there's still a pager present
- updated env.d, so x86 version no longer segfaults on shutdown
- fixed error in the build instructions

had to add static-libs useflag to zlib so splashutils build
