#2 IPSec NAT-T ports

My network support guy said that to use racoon to get
to our VPN, I had to open (among other things)
IPSec NAT-T (port 4500 -- Bidirectional UDP connection
from client to server)
and
IPSec NAT-T (port 10000 -- Bidirectional UDP connection
from client to server)

But I didn't find these in Guarddog 2.4.0
