#90 in-place status change

clicking on the columns call "importance", "Urgency" or "status" should bring up a pop-up menu, and allow the importance/etc. to be set for that row only.

probably want to do this with .. I dunno? left button? or maybe with right button, and doing it instead of the existing right-button popup menu.
