#53 Problem with union of 2 objects

Hi,
i use the command "set" in directory example.
I would like to obtain the union of 2 spheres.
I join 2 files.
i wrote :
./set union _gts1.gts _gts2.gts > test.gts

When i see the mesh, a few vertices intersect some edges.
Moreover, there a lot vertices with the same coordinates.

Can you say me if i can obtain a better mesh?

2 spheres (gts format)
