You could try to get them from www.mysql.com, but I dont know
if those are still available.
The best thing to do is to download the SRPM of 
libgtrans_mysql_etc_etc and rebuild it. This would link
libgtrans_mysql with the version of MySQL that you use.
$ rpm --rebuild libgtrans_mysql_etc_etc.src.rpm

Anyway I will check the RPMS and try to find a way to avoid this in 
the future.
