[gtranscript-main] big tables

\_ I'm curious if any of you have tried browsing a large (i.e., more than
\_ 1M records) table with gtranscript?  (I have and its not a pleasant
\_ experience.)

It also doesn't like smaller tables (~200K rows) that have large text
blob things in them.
