[gtranscript-main] Patch : Add Escape sequences to SQL Query of ['"%_]

Hi,
Firstly Sorry about adding this patch using the pacth feature of
sourceforge , it kept on failing to add the patch..

so hear it it attached..

Basicaly it escapes the chars '"%_\ in a field of the SQL query that
cause it to fail to add or update the record.

It's a quick a dirty but works.
