#2 show priority as sign or number

can you plz add option to change the way a priority is
shown.
having it as word makes enire column too wide and
shifts subject too right.

A good choise can be an image of explamation sign for
example or number.

Another "nice to have" feature is ability to reorder
and show/hide columns
