#11 Permanent Connection (LAN) Option

The configuration is currently a bit confusing when one
has a permanent internet setup, since many options are
not very usefull with a permanent internet connection.

So I would like to have an option to tell the programm
that I have a permanent internet connection. This
switch should disable than the 'interface checking' and
disable/hide all the options that are useless with a
permanent connection, mostly the auto download stuff.

I took me quite a while to figure out why the programm
didn't automatically started downloads that I
drag&droped into GTM, the reason was that the interface
option was set to the ppp0 interface which I don't have
here.
