[gtkwrapper-devel] gtw_coder is now workable

gtw_coder is now working .  I'm now working on the input files.  We 
should plan a release when all of the input file for gtk is available.  
Hope this happens soon.

wengwei:  Please help prepare the input files from the gtk reference.
