#7 gtkterm use 100% of one cpu

When the serial device is destroyed by the kernel the gtkterm start to use 100% of the CPU.

To reproduce the bug simple plug an usb/serial adaptor open gtkterm on /dev/ttyUSB0 than unplug the serial adaptor, under this condition minicom print an error than exit.
