I attempted to sync a movie to my iPod. I ripped it with HandBrake, so it had Chapter Markers. Well, I synced it, but my iPod did not see the marks just the video file. I believe this is a must for those who enjoy chapter markers in their movies.

I believe that the iPod itself doesn't support this....

I just confirmed that the iPod Nano 8GB (3rd generation) support chapter markers. Using the same iPod and the same video file, I ran two tests: load with iTunes and load with gtkpod - iTunes showed chapter markers and gtkpod did not.
