#250 Unsupported checksum type: iPod nano 8G Blue

When I try to add files to my iPod nano (initialized under windows with iTunes with 3 initial songs) I try to add more songs to the iPod using gtkpod 1.0.0 with libgpod 0.7.93 (Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit) and click on save, I get a dialog box:

Warning: The following has occured:
Unsupported checksum type

It means the OS on the nano is not yet supported but is being worked on.

How do i report a bug here? I am having issues with Spanish accent characters not displaying. I have to manually edit each song with missing characters .

Example song Corazón Delatador will show up as Coraz n Delatador when I copy it from directory to iphone 3g using gtkpod. It will work once I manually edit the song and add the missing character.
