#8 Refresh thumbnails after external program termination

I have a lot of small shellscripts to manipulate images
(i.e. rotate, flip, etc.) After running this programs,
the thumbnails should be updated to reflect the
manipulation.

This patch adds a fourth option to external programs
(Refresh thumbnails). When checked, GIMV not run the
external program in background and will refresh the
affected thumbnails before returning control to the user.
