#7 Compile gimv0.2.25 against libexif-0.6.10

This patch allows gimv 0.2.25 to use the official
libexif-0.6.10 codebase. You need libexif-0.6.10 to be
installed in your home directory for this to work.
Compiling against libexif-0.6.10 solves some misterious
crashes causes by JPG files where the EXIF info is not
100% synchronised with the actual image.
