#16 Vertical Scrolling in Partially-Viewed Image is Too Small

In gimv of gtk2, when viewing a image where only a part of it
is seen, and trying to click the mouse on the vertical scroll-bar to
scroll the image, then:

* The scrolling moves too slowly, it moves very little on any
click.

Try it with very large images and you'll see. The system is
Mandrake 9.2.
