[Gtk2hs-users] svgcairo dependency on gtk2hs-buildtools

Hello,

svgcairo-0.13.1.1 (and probably most other versions) depend on 
`gtk2hsC2hs >= 0.13.11` but there is no such version of 
gtk2hs-buildtools (which stack appears to treat as the origin of that 
executable), since it only goes up to 0.13.5.0. Is that a typo for `>= 
0.13.1`? What did cabal do about this version?

There is a 3-month-old open issue about this on the svgcairo repo on Github.
