Hello Axel,

i converted it to markdown and then back to html using pandoc. result
is here: http://www.haskell.org/bz/gtk/

http://www.haskell.org/bz/tutor.zip contains markdown and html files

so, what i see - we lost some formatting but pictures are here. it
seems that i should do the following:

1) somewhat add reference to default.css
2) reformat table of contents
3) make code samples grayed

the only problem is that i don't have much knowledge of markdown and html
