Hello, Every one 
 
    I run xpm2pasxpm.sh to convert a *.xpm file, but the new 
*.pas_xpm is not correct. I have to delete the extra chars before 
the variable defination manualy. 
 
    Anyway, It can works.

The xpm format is not very strict. Perhaps your xpm looks somewhat different then my template.
Can you send me an example?

I've patched your script. It works with the hi-color xpms I have.
