podifyenums.pl: don't include timestamps in generated documentation.

While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed that
podifyenums.pl inserts the current time in generated documentation, which
prevents the libgnome2-perl Debian package from building reproducibly.

We're therefore applying the attached patch, that get rids of these timestamps.
