GtkOSXApplication is not actually part of gtk+ itself, but of something called
"ige-mac-integration".  So support for GtkOSXApplication would have live in a
separate Perl module too.  But maybe Glib::Object::Introspection provides a
short path to there?  It doesn't look like ige-mac-integration supports
gobject-introspection yet, however.
