patch and test case

Wrappers for the g_param_spec_override() and
g_param_spec_get_redirect_target().

I think the override can be used just by adding it to your "properties" list,
without g_object_class_override_property() as such.

The g_param_spec_get_redirect_target() is in any case a getter so can be used
on any pspec you might strike.
