- the script builds and installs things locally, not using 'root' permiss=

The header tells it all - after successful 'perl Makefile.PL', 'make'
'make install' fails with the message in the summary.

Please pay attention to Gnome2::Print::Dialog part of the message - no
"Dialog" module is built during the build process.
