Hi. My issue was that TextIter's find_char methods weren't working because they
use unichar types, which perl-gobject-introspection doesn't convert properly.

I added a couple lines to treat it as an int32, which seems to work. I also
added tests in Gtk3 for forward_find_char & backward_find_char. It seems to
work.
