[Gtk-gnutella-devel] New docs rfc: Network settings

Hey'

I've begun writing some user docs - content only at this point;
presentation later.  Any comments much appreciated, especially with regard
to errors in fact.  If anyone wants to help, let me know and I'll tell you
what I've started so as to avoid duplication of effort.  I'll put up a
temporary webpage at some point and keep working copies there.  If anyone
wants to translate, let me know and I'll feed you "finished" sections.  

First up is attached:  Network settings from the config panes.
