I used to have quite a couple of files with many sources available that stated to have downloaded a total of 100%, but these files never finally succeeded. It seems that there also were only a few bytes (or 1 byte?) left to download. BTW: I would expect to see something like 100-epsilon percent in that case instead of 100 percent.
